Rileigh is ready to celebrate.
Things have been quiet (as quiet as life can be for a reincarnated samurai), she's graduating high school, and her boyfriend, Kim, has finally regained his lost memories. But the urge to celebrate is short-lived when she realizes that if Kim can remember, chances are her (im)mortal enemy, Sumi, can remember as well. Sure enough, it's not long before the reincarnated ninja attacks Rileigh and her friends. But in the aftermath of the fight, Rileigh discovers that Sumi has performed an ancient ritual that allows her to switch bodies with Rileigh . . . and it's draining her ki. Hunted by the Network (who believe Rileigh is Sumi), Rileigh must track the vengeful ninja down before her own powers completely vanish.

Other books in series:
Thoughts: Ok, so if there's a Most Beautiful Cover contest, the books in the Katana series probably won't hit top 100, but OMG GUYS, this is where that hackneyed cliche really shines like Elmer J. Fudd's funky bald head: Do not judge a book by it's cover.
Ahhhhahaa, Aidan Turner!! But anyway, even with the many stereotypes in KATANA (book 1), the romance and action definitely weren't typical at all and it really hit the mark as a YA ninja romance. For me, at least. It has remained one of my favorite YA series of all time, and I'm sooo anxiously awaiting for March.
(It's on Netgalley I know but I wanna wait for the official copy so that I can own one for myself. Muahahaha :P)
So what are you guys waiting on this week? :)) Leave links so I can visit! Thanks!
I've actually not heard of this series before, but from the sound of book 3 it makes me want to check out the others and see what they're about. I don't know how you can resist the temptation to get it on netgalley lol! Great pick.

My WoW!
Pleaaaaase do check them out. :)) Haha, I don't know I'm withstanding the urge too. It's constantly on my mind whenever I think about what to pick up next. Sigh.. But I don't want the pressures of having to do a review at this busy time! Thanks for visiting anyway! :))
