And her novels:

The Vampire, The Witch and The Werewolf: A New Orleans Threesome
First book in the series
The Blurb

Haunted by paranormal abilities that she can’t control, and plagued by nightmares about a demon that seeks her soul, Lily Anima travels to New Orleans in search of salvation.

In the French Quarter, Lily dives into the paranormal world and enlists the help of an unlikely couple: a vampire, Lawrence Justice, and a werewolf, Trevor Pack.

As the trio encounters ghosts, voodoo and unspeakable evil, will Trevor and Lawrence be able to help Lily turn her powers into a gift rather than a curse? And when Lily discovers that she needs to lose her virginity in order to embrace her powers and get the demon off her back, will the twosome be able to survive as a threesome?

The Vampire, The Witch and The Werewolf: Chains of Silver
Second book in the series
The Blurb

Adopted at birth, Silver Ashe discovers her blood-brother Trevor Pack is a werewolf, with a vampire and witch for lovers. All her teachings about the evils of the paranormal Others come into question. She runs to a family friend, Nick, for help.

Nick Stake takes his hobby as a vampire hunter personally. He strives to rid the world of evil bloodsuckers. When his best friend’s “kid” sister comes to him for advice, Nick discovers Silver’s more than grown up. He battles his growing desire for Silver and blindly holds true to his convictions.

Once Silver reaches her sexual maturity, she’ll inherit her full genetic heritage and turn into a werewolf. When death comes calling, Silver and Nick must face their darkest fears in order to break free from the chains that bind.

Threesomes & the Fleur-De-Lis
By Louisa Bacio

Spend any time in New Orleans, and you’ll start to notice these designs – whether it’s part of the Saints’ logo, tucked into Christmas decorations or adorning shirts.

The symbol is one of my favorites, and it wasn’t until I started the second book in my series The Vampire, The Witch & The Werewolf: Chains of Silver that I actually did a little research into its history and connection with New Orleans. If you have been following this tour or reading my blogs, you might know that a number of coincidences link my writing and the external world (for example, check out my blog in Voodoo and Superstitions on GraveTells. Some of these connections are on purpose – I wrote them into the story – but others … pure magic.

Example? The symbol of the fleur-de-lis is often said to represent a “stylized” lily. Subconsciously, maybe I knew this fact. With a master’s degree in English, surely I’ve come across it at one point in time, right? Perhaps, that’s why I choose to name my main female character in The Vampire, The Witch & The Werewolf: A New Orleans Threesome, Lily? Right?

How about the correlation that the three points of the fleur-de-lis are often said to represent the Holy Trinity? Now, I’m certainly not saying that my characters are representative of the Trinity; however, one cannot pass up the fact that there’s a trio, a threesome at the center of The Vampire, The Witch & The Werewolf. And, I certainly believe and explore the power of three in the first book.

In Chains of Silver, Lily visits the Fleur-di-Lis CafĂ© for lunch with her mother. I’ve frequented this quaint establishment a few times, and I like to infuse some sprinklings of reality in with my fiction. If you ever have a chance, try their freshly made omelets. Delicious! And if you happen to see a bookstore across the street for it, I’m not going to say that was my inspiration for Pages, the store in the series. Because that store already “existed” within my mind before I first set eyes upon the second-hand shop. That connection is pure coincidence!

So what do you think? Pure coincidences, or something more going on?

My Take on Chains Of Silver:

"An Urban Fantasy-Paranormal Romance Erotica that includes explicit m/m scenes, it has the action that I loved both on the battlefield and between the sheets, if you get what I mean....I loved how the characters always had to fight for their lives and even navigate emotional minefields since the couples haven't been living long together and are still getting to really know each other." (See full review here)

  1. I appreciate you hosting me here today, and for your time with the review. If you don't like m/m you should definitely stay away from the holiday release The Vampire & The Werewolf: A New Orleans Christmas. I've actually had people write me and say that they like Lily, but really want to see Lawrence and Trevor's story ...

    Happy holidays to you!
